The St Peter’s Male Fertility Centre offers state of the art surgery and cutting edge treatments for men who are experiencing fertility problems. IVF is not the only route available for patients having trouble conceiving. Patients who do not have any sperm in the ejaculate due to an obstruction, a previous vasectomy or failed vasectomy reversal have alternatives to IVF by way of reconstructive surgery resulting in a natural conception. If this is not possible we offer all sperm retrieval techniques, including microsurgical testicular sperm extraction and percutaneous epididymal sperm aspiration and can work with the IVF clinic of your choice within London.

Occasionally male infertility is caused by factors that impair testicular functions such as hormone imbalance, varicocele and genito-urinary infections. Other cases maybe due to sexual dysfunction, failure of ejaculation or even penile curvature preventing the deposition of sperm in the vagina. All of these conditions can be treated by conventional measures once a diagnosis has been made.
